We are a busy central London hair salon looking for someone to be based in an offsite office Manning the phones and booking in clients.
Without clients booking in there is no business so this is a vital role in the salon. You will be part of the salon administration team, working with the front of house staff as a key part of the clients' experience.
Most of your interaction with clients will be over the phone so you must have an efficient and friendly manner.
Your attention to detail must be exceptional and you must take pride in both your performance and the performance of your team as a whole.
This is a 9am - 6pm 5 days a week role, Tuesday to Saturday with flexibility to cover holidays for other members of your team when required.
experience managing a switchboard, dispatch or bookings system is essential, salon experience is not.
