Skills and requirements:
• Strong written and oral English communication skills
• Excellent organisation and coordination skills
• A strong booking management background
• Knowledge of Microsoft packages
• experience with booking and reservation systems (Open Table and Booka Table)
• Innovative and able to upsell the product
• Maximize covers and revenue
• A natural people’s person with a professional yet friendly approach
