We have 1 position available. Monday-Friday regular business hours
We are looking for talented booking and 1st line Software Customer Support Agents to work with our fast growing, innovative company that delivers disruptive Saas technology to multi-national hotel groups. We have amazing customers with friendly and polite employees who are a pleasure to support.
Our office is in Richmond upon Thames and you would work in a high quality, newly refurbished office.
JOB ROLE
• Taking inbound calls and live chat plus replying to emails with the objective of
achieving bookings that will satisfy the customer.
• Answer questions on pricing and availability, amend existing bookings and
handle post booking queries.
• Maintain a quality relationship with clients with a view to securing future
business and ensuring repeat bookings.
• 1st line customer support agent (software as a service)
• Liaising with clients by telephone, live chat and email
• Answering questions on how to use the software
• Assisting with changes to system configuration
• Investigating issues as reported by clients to identify whether user error or
software bug
• Writing and maintaining of clear, concise issue summaries to enable client ticket
tracking
• Efficient communication with the Customer Support Manager to understand
outstanding ticket status
QUALIFICATIONS
• Enjoy the challenge of helping customers find the best location and ensuring
they book the right facility and amenities – this is about helping the customer
book the right product and NOT about selling them what our company will
benefit from most!
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills with an excellent command of
verbal/written English
• Possess an exceptional telephone manner with strong keyboard skills to match
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and written.
• Continually look for opportunities and enjoy the guidance of a supportive
management team who will work with and coach you every step of the way
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks, work effectively and take direction.
• Comfortable with technology-good working knowledge of MS Office
• Tech savvy and familiar with online systems as well as MS Office applications
EDUCATION AND experience
• Must have 1 year plus phone booking experience in a hospitality business
• One to three years of customer service experience.
• Software/help desk/customer support experience
• IT experience is a plus.
