Book Keeper and Office Assistant for Furniture Makers in Holloway N7

We are a small bespoke furniture makers in Holloway North London who require for 30 hours a week an experienced person to:
Manage reception and respond to telephone calls
Manage Office and staff (10) diary, including holidays, timekeeping and work time sheets
Record day to day financial transactions
Process accounts payable and received, chase any outstanding invoices and orders
Handle payroll
Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
Book keeping experience essential
Good communication skills
Data entry skills on computer accounts package, Excel and Word
