Book Keeper Job in London

We are looking for a highly proficient bookkeeper to join our Basement Building business. This well-established business is moving the accounts remit to our Fulham office, and requires a part-time person to run all areas of accounts and reporting for the business, including Sage accounts, HMRC returns, as well as liaising with wages agency.
The successful candidate will be:
- Highly proficient in SAGE Accounts
- Experienced with CIS calculations and returns.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (word and Excel)
- Able to work effectively on a sole charge basis.
We are for a capable candidate who can hit the ground running, and will be able to:
- Create reports to assist in managing jobs and accounts.
- Collate wages info and collate for appropriate agencies.
- Answer phones and take messages where necessary.
- Produce VAT returns
We are looking for a great communicator that can work with the Director on a satellite basis, and help keep the office in an organised state.
