Bone Daddies restaurants are lively. Diners are usually slurping hot, thick broths of Ramen while sampling some of our Japanese Beers or cocktails.
Due to some internal movement we are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our crazy and quirky team in Kensington. The restaurant is located above the Whole Foods Market on Kensington high, just a stones throw from the gorgeous Kensington Gardens.
The ideal person will be lively with a real sense of presence and the ability to lead a team of outgoing and unique individuals - creating a spirit of 'fun-working'.
You will be hands-on, have the ability to communicate with employees on all levels, be able to multi task and remain calm under pressure.
At least 18 months experience in a similar role within a fast paced, fresh-food restaurant. A genuine love for working for and with people to ensure nothing but the best service and food standards at all times.
Experienced in scheduling and labour management, stock take and cost control would be an advantage.

Due to the nature of the business employees work 7 shifts split over 5 days. Due to the location of the Kensington restaurant closes at 9.30pm, therefore no LATE nights.
