Flesh and Buns, part of the Bone Daddies Group, was the first restaurant in London dedicated to steamed buns and Japanese drinking food. It is a Japanese-inspired Izakaya concept where you can eat, drink Japanese beer and relax to the sound of Bone Daddies signature old-school Rock!
We are seeking confident, outgoing and experienced bartenders to join our fun and dynamic team in Covent Garden. You must have a passion for quality ingredients and delivering excellent customer service in a very relaxed and informal way.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, Can-do attitude and the ability to work well as a team under pressure is essential - Work Hard, Play Hard! experience with Japanese Food/Drink is not essential, however the willingness to learn is required.
