Bocca di Lupo is a multi-award winning regional Italian restaurant located in the heart of London.
Since opening in 2008 we have received numerous accolades, and this year were once again awarded spots in Restaurant magazine’s ‘Top 100 UK Restaurants,’ Time Out’s ‘Top 100 London restaurants,’ and were named no. 6 in Guardian critic Marina O’Loughlin’s ‘Favourite 50 restaurants UK.’
Working in such a popular restaurant means you will be very busy whilst at work, but with that comes great job satisfaction, employment stability, excellent opportunities for career development and very attractive pay, alongside very reasonable working hours.
Full time employment: 6 shifts per week, usually 1 double and four singles
Pay: £36 500 – £38 500 DOE (based on six shifts per week, additional shifts paid at normal rate)
The ideal candidate will:
- have at least 1 years experience at Junior Sous or Sous-chef level in a similar ingredient led high end restaurant
- be genuinely passionate about cooking, and be focused on producing the finest food they can
- be keen to learn.
