Bob's Lobster recently voted one of the 7 best street food concepts in the world by Mr Porter is looking for a talented and passionate Chefs to join its team at the iconic Giant Robot Street Feast at Canary Wharf. The latest project from Street Feast, Giant Robot, brings together the best in London's street food scene in a Slick and polished 7 day a week environment.
Bob's Lobster has been trading there since it opened in April and is now looking to expand its team to cope with the demand and add some new passion and creativity into the kitchen.
The role is for a sous chef so they will slot in next to the head chef as his right hand person, running service in his absence and helping to control all elements of the kitchen from hiring, training and ordering to dish creation and line cooking.
This is a great opportunity for a chef looking for the next step or a chef looking to work for a smaller more dynamic company and the opportunity to be creative.
