We are looking for a full-time boats assistant for The Boathouse in Hyde Park, London.
The ideal candidate needs to have:
- experience in a fast paced customer service environment with a hands-on approach;
- Ability to follow instruction and be consistent;
- High customer service skills;
- Ability to work on its own initiative but also to be good team player;
- Good communication and interpersonal;
- Fluent English;
Main duties are:
- Customer Service;
- Till operation;
- Cleaning;
- Serving life jackets;
- Putting people in and out of the boats;
- Following instructions of the manager;
- Reporting to the managers;
The job may involve other relevant duties not listed above.
You need to display a huge amount of enthusiasm and energy especially during the summer season.
You must work during company busiest operational times, Summer school holiday, WEEKENDS and BANK HOLIDAYS. Please note there is no extra pay for those days.
ALSO PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO SWIM AND YOU MUST NOT HAVE HOLIDAYS BOOKED UNTIL SEPTEMBER.
