Role: Block Property Manager
Stock Page Stock is currently looking to employ an experienced Block Property Manager to work within a team based in the Barbican, to manage a growing property portfolio of 55 Blocks with 600 management units in the London area.
The role
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties among others and will have experience in the following:
• Liaising with tenants and landlords,
• Attending AGM and other meetings
• Liaising with Contractors in relation to building works/repairs
• Property inspection on a regular basis and dealing with H and S matters
• Dealing with invoice receipts
• Carrying out property inspections,
• Dealing with Insurance claims and processes
• Eligible to work in the UK.
Desirable
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of delivering block management services to a London portfolio. Strong communication skills, creativity, an ability to use own initiative, solve problems and take ownership of projects. experience of working independently and ability to build and maintain successful relationships is strongly desirable.
We are a small company and very team orientated, so we are looking for someone who would like to grow with the company long-term. The successful Property Block Manager can expect a between salary of £30k - £35k dependent on experience.

Hours: 9am – 5.30pm

Salary: £30k - £35K pa.
