We are an expanding Block Management Company based in Greenwich and we are looking for an enthusiastic Manager to look after a portfolio of properties for us, previous experience is essential , please ONLY reply if you have experience.
You need to:
Have experience of Block Management.
Drive (car available for right applicant)
Ideally understand Accounts/Budgets/Section 20 Notices.
Salary is dependent on experience but between £25-35K pa plus bonuses, there is also the option for the right person to take on a larger Management position with the appropriate rewards!
