We are open 7 days a week, offering brunch, lunch and dinner, complemented by an eclectic wine list, exceptional cocktails and a range of private dining and events spaces.
We are looking for a passionate, people-focused, food-obsessed floor manager to complete our small management team.

The ideal candidate:
- has previous management or head waiter experience in a venue of a similar calibre
- eats out on a regular basis and has a keen interest in hospitality
- can train, motivate and engage a diverse team, delivering consistent quality however busy they are
- is keen to expand their back of house skills, whilst retaining a commitment to the floor
The role is available for an immediate start, with a lengthy handover and training period, that will ensure you are fully integrated into the Blixen ethos and experience.
