Bilingual French Needed in London

Location: South West London with an element of international travel
Salary: £33,000 dependant on experience
Start Date: as soon as possible
Hours: Full Time Monday-Friday 9am 6pm. Varying hours when abroad
Experienced Executive Assistant sought to provide unrivalled support to a CEO in the hospitality arena. This is a client facing, exciting opportunity to work as part of an international family office and requires someone with lots of initiative, a can do, flexible attitude and excellent organisational skills. Key to the role is strong verbal and written skills, both French and English.
Key Requirements:
• At least 3 years previous EA experience
• Bilingual French/English including both written and verbal
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Track record demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills, together with organisational management
• High levels of attention to detail
• Demonstrates great initiative and a real self-starter
• Highly presentable
• Problem solver with willingness to learn
• Confident, driven and reliable
• Strong ‘can-do’ attitude
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Outlook Packages; fast and accurate typing skills
• Mac User
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
• High levels of energy, ability to travel with the CEO whenever needed
• Checkable references
• Current DBS or willing to undertake one
