The Gallery Fulfillment Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' receive a 1st-class shopping experience.
Each working day (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30-11:30am), you will be expected to efficiently, neatly and safely package the orders for fulfillment that will be provided for you by the Office Manager and Sales Team.
You will be able to meet to the physical demands of the job, be motivated, efficient, reliable and have a basic understanding of art and customer service experience.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Efficiently receiving artworks, unwrapping to check that it matches the product description and quality control requirements.
• Accurately pack artwork to ensure we meet the customers' expectations
• Packaging any artworks from Exhibitions/ Viewings.
Physical Demands - The role involves the following physical demands on a daily basis:
• Lifting and moving artworks up to 15kg in weight
• Preparing and constructing packages sufficiently
• Please note: Art handling training will be given at the start.
