Incentivised coffee jobs. You need to be an awesome coffee enthusiast. You need a minimum of three years experience in craft coffee and management experience. You will start on Londons liveable wage on top of that you will be responsible for pushing beverage sales on the site from ordering to machine maintenance and staff training. Your target is to build trade order coffees which are site specific build up retail sales and improve customer experience. You will be rewarded by weekly bonuses dependant on hitting targets and customer satisfaction.
