Description
SUMMARY A Suit That Fits is a 10 year old, multi award-winning tailoring business. We are looking to grow our fantastic team with the addition of a cross-functional Style Advisor to work across our London studios and assisting occasionally with our Oxford, Cambridge and Southampton studios.
Salary package
An OTE of £25,000 following probationary period. Store credit allowance to ensure you always look great!

The role
The successful Style Advisor will be talking to and assisting our customers with the design of their custom made suits as well as conducting fittings and taking precise measurements as part of the design process. Main duties
Consult with customers and assist with the design of custom made garments.
Take precise measurements as part of the garment design process.
Conduct fittings, including the effective assessment of areas to improve garment fit, and logging these on a bespoke online system.
Oversee and administer deliveries
Work closely with logistics and delivery teams to ensure a great customer experience.
Use an in-depth knowledge of trends and classic men's formal-wear principles to assist in meeting customer needs.
Demonstrate strong consultative sales technique to reach sales targets.
Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly, courteously and effectively.
Work proactively to develop and grow the business within the city.
Preferred profile \ experience
Solid men's formal-wear sales experience, and ideally some made-to-measure or alterations experience.
Basic level of garment technology understanding, relating to men's formal-wear.
Can deliver outstanding customer service, both internal and external.
Self starter, who can work in a small team or alone, and adapts well to change.
Track record of performance in a fast-moving, pressurised environment.
Conducts themselves in a professional manner, and displays impeccable personal presentation at all times.
Great communication skills (both internal and external) and a friendly collaborative approach.
Must actively demonstrate flexibility to work across local branches when required.
Committed to bespoke menswear and multi-channel retailing.
Comfortable with computers and information technology.
Salary: £25,000.00 /year
