Berber and Q was founded in 2015 in a railway arch in Haggerston, E8.

We’re inspired by the flavours and ingredients of the Middle East and North Africa as well as taking influence from American BBQ culture.

There is a focus on hot-smoked meat, BBQ rubs and of course our open grill. Vegetables also get a staring role, with our cauliflower shawarma gaining cult status.

We now have 3 sites across central and east London::

- Berber and Q Grill House in Haggerston, E8
- Berber and Q Shawarma Bar, EC1
- Berber and Q Spitalfileds, E1

We’re looking for passionate, self-motivated and experienced chefs/ CDP/ Chef de Partie/ Commis Chef to join our kitchen teams across our restaurants.

We take great pride in building a close-knit team of chefs and providing an enjoyable environment in which to work.

In order to work at Berber and Q you need:

- At least 2 year working experience as a chef/CDP/Commis chef in a London busy restaurant.
- A passion or interest for food and if you happen to love Middle Eastern food even better.
- English as a first language or fluency in English.
- To be eligible to work in the UK
