Berber and Q is a grill house located in a railway arch in East London, inspired by the Middle East and North Africa via Brooklyn, New York.
You won't find a better working environment and rate of pay than what we offer down here at the arch. If you do, please let us know and we close everything down and come to work with you.

How does this sound to you?
In order to become a Berber and Q affiliate you need:
- At least 1 year working experience in a London restaurant/bar
- A passion, interest, curiosity for cocktail making
- Fluency in English
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Huge smile, big heart and an extra arm
If you fit these criteria please send us your CV, a short covering letter detailing what you love about London, a blood sample and full dental health records. We only require two out of these four for your application to be considered.
