Bench joiner OTE £32K +, Full time Paye + Work place pension + Profit related bonus
based at our workshops in Mitcham CR4 4 Human Resources
Experienced Joiner / Bench Joiner required for an immediate start to manufacture premium quality timber sash windows, Casement windows, French doors, front doors and sliding/ folding doors.
You will assist in all aspects of manufacturing and assembling, and assistance with onsite installation may be required.
Carpentry joinery qualifications to NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) and/or 4 years’ experience as a minimum.
Must have good communication skills, verbal and written.
You should have recent experience in joinery workshops including using tenoning machines, Spindle moulders and planing machines with some on site experience also.
You should be able to work from CAD drawings and be able to produce traditional box sash windows, traditional Casement windows and French doors from start to finish and have excellent attention to detail.
A UK driving licence would be an advantage.
All equipment will be provided but having own hand tools would be helpful.
This is a full time Paye position.
Hours of work: 8am - 4.30 pm 5 days a week - 37.5 hrs per week (excluding breaks).
Wage Details:
Starting basic salary up to £26,000.00 (£13.28 per hour gross) dependent on skills/experience.
Plus Overtime, on week days (x1.25 = up to £16.60 per hour) and Saturdays (x1.5= up to £19.92 per hour) when available and authorised*
Plus profit related bonus*
Plus work place pension contribution*

Salary paid monthly in arrears.
28 days paid holidays per annum (including 8 bank holidays). Qualifying period applies.
