With courses available with immediate starts and no previous experience or qualifications required you can be fully qualified as a Personal Trainer in as little as six weeks.

Successful applicants will be trained to the highest standard and put into our 'PT experience Days' at your local Fitness First club to give you the skills you need to become a successful Trainer.
As a Personal Trainer you will be expected to;
• Motivate and inspire your clients to improve their lives
• Set goals and track client progress throughout their journey
• Educate clients and members with new and effective training
• Provide a professional customer service experience
Once you have completed your training you will be guaranteed an interview with Fitness First to become a Personal Trainer in one of Fitness First's clubs. If successful this is where your journey will start as a new fitness professional, where you will be supported by industry leading Health and Fitness Managers who will provide everything from an induction to ongoing support and education opportunities to develop your career
