Job Description
We’re hiring trained and talented nail technicians/beauty therapists with the relevant qualifications and experience to join the Sorbet community in one of our 4 stores in North London ( Muswell Hill, Crouch End, East Finchley, Mill Hill) and to become part of the Sorbet expansion program. Requirements
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical facials
At least 1 years salon experience
Passion for performing a range of beauty treatments
Extremely high standards of Customer Service
Target driven
Reliable
Well spoken
Strong communication skills
experience performing all beauty treatments
Well presented
Self-motivated
Friendly with a positive attitude
experience with Environ and/or Dermalogica would be advantageous

Qualifications: Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent

A valid UK/ EU work permit: Required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform fantastic facials, waxing, body, hand and foot treatments to the highest standard
Always assist Guests whenever possible
Perform an array of fabulous nail treatments including acrylics and gels
Ensure that consultation cards are completed and up to date
Provide consistent professional facial and body treatments
Conduct full consultations with Guests prior to their treatments
Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training Guests in these areas.
Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Guests, ensuring complete Guest satisfaction.
Rebooking appointments
Retailing products
Ensure that all Guests are aware of the Loyalty Programme and encourage them to sign-up.
Have a complete knowledge and understanding of all products
To have knowledge of all treatments offered
Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
Actively promote treatments, services and retail, as well as promotions and/or discounts available.
