£10 an hour basic salary plus generous bonuses based on performance

About the role:
As a Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing facial treatments to our clients, using innovative technological equipment and high-end cosmetics.
Position Responsibilities:
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients
• Performing skin analysis
• Providing a range of bespoke prescriptive electrical facials
• Providing soothing manual facials
• Overseeing treatment room and stock.

About you:
You'll possess the following experience, skills and attributes:
• Previous experience working in a beauty salon or spa
• Minimum NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
• Excellent customer service provided in person
• Passionate about increasing brand and product knowledge
• Computer literate
• Have a good command of English, other languages would be an advantage
• Ambitious individual, looking for career progression
• Professional appearance and attention to detail
• Flexible work hours (can work weekends and rotating shifts)
