The Ashanti Treatment Room launched in 2022 with one treatment room based in a gym serving the Hackney locality. Due to our dedication to providing our patrons with a first class luxury service, we are excited to announce the launch of out flagship store this October.
The Ashanti Treatment Room sets itself apart from other beauty establishments as we aim to meet the needs of millennials by providing an elite service, at an affordable cost, without compromising on quality of treatment or products used.
We have established a friendly, warm, welcoming and honest environment for our patrons. Our clients have confidence in our genuine interest in their beauty and wellbeing, not just the revenue they bring us.
Due to our growth, we are now looking to recruit a team of 5 star beauty therapists/nail technician's who will be the face of the brand and deliver treatments to our guests, to an exceptional standard, with excellent customer service skills.

Beauty Therapist (Beauty, Massage and Nail treatments)
Full Time, part time, permanent.
Beauty therapist's will:

Deliver professional massage, waxing, facial's, lash and brow treatments including lash lifts and nail treatment's (lacquer and gel) to our patron's to an exceptionally high standard, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Devise treatments plans to provide beauty and wellness solutions to meet the needs of your client.
Handle client queries
Practice safe, clean and hygienic working practices.

experience

At least 2 years experience in a similar role, however we will consider applications from exceptionally talented, newly qualified therapists.
Knowledgeable and confident in delivering beauty and wellbeing treatments including massage treatments and facials.
Confident in delivering full body, advanced and intimate wax treatments.
Confident in nail treatments (manicure/pedicure) and Shellac gel application.
experience in creating and applying nail art advantageous and keeping up with current trends.
Confident and experienced in upselling treatments without being 'pushey'.

Qualifications
At least a level 3 beauty qualification Threading qualification advantageous.
