Beachspoke Sales Manager Job

Experienced and passionate Sales Manager needed to join our rapidly growing boutique holiday let company.
Beachspoke is a top end, boutique holiday let company specialising in exceptional design-led properties across the Uk. We are growing fast and are increasing our portfolio significantly and we need a full time person to run the sales working alongside but seperately to our Peligoni sales team (Beachspoke is a sister business to The Peligoni Club.)
Responsibilities;
- Primary responsibility for handling all bookings from initial enquiry through to confirmation and arrival.
- Significantly increase conversion rate from leads to bookings.
- Ensure execptional data capture from leads and feedback from visitors.
- Maintain exceptional relationship with clients before during and after their stay.
- Ensuring smooth running of arrivals and departures by maintaining daily communication with the local management teams.
- Maintain and manage all marketing channels to ensure they are up to date.
- Manage all post sales administration including reviews and customer queries and complaints.
- Maintain accurate monthly reporting on volume and value of sales and enquiries per property
- Report to director, business development and marketing team with specific property feedback, suggested price changes and/or seasonal price adjustments.
- Work closely with marketing and business development team to acquire new properties for the portfolio; through strategic advertising, building of local connections – maintaining and chasing these leads until completion.
- Working with the BD team oversee the integration of new software specifically a CRM sales database, and work towards further integration of our property management software and financial recording software.
- Work closely with Beachspoke property manager in London to ensure that property owners are kept in the loop and on side.
Applicants should
- Have experience working in sales and guest relations for a luxury UK market
- Have an impeccable telephone manner
- Be able to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in their work
- Be career minded and looking to develop their skills and experience
- Motivated and excited by the travel business
- Be proactive and able to manage time efficiently.
- Be able to think on their feet and creatively address issues that come up.
- Work well in a team
- Have an interest in IT development and the short stay letting business
Compensation details
- Salary £22-£26k (dependant on experience) plus performance related bonus tied to targets and business KPIs.
