Charlotte’s Group is an independently owned award winning British Hospitality Group in West London. From our original restaurant Charlotte’s Place, we’ve added Charlotte’s Bistro – a bar and restaurant on Turnham Green Terrace in Chiswick and Charlotte’s W5 – a café, bar and restaurant in the new Dicken’s Yard just off Ealing Broadway. We opened Charlotte’s Bistro in 2010 with a mission to offer inventive drinks as well as the award winning food we were already famous for. Head Chef Michal Snela and Head Bartender Tom Byrne take great pride in sourcing high quality local produce and handle it with great care. From bread, stocks and ice creams in the kitchen, to purées, cordials and infusions on the bar, naturally we make them all. Working with only seasonal ingredients, about a third of our menu changes every month.
Charlotte’s W5 is the youngest in the Charlotte’s family, we opened in early 2021 with the mission to create a modern local hub for our vibrant Ealing community. Our lovingly restored Victorian stable block and secluded terrace is a multi-purpose space designed to feel just as comfortable visiting on your own as with a large group, for business, pleasure or both! From morning to midnight we cover all the bases – café, bar, restaurant, workspace and events – and all with the creative high quality food, drink and hospitality we’ve become famous for.
As our family has grown we are now looking for an enthusiastic, positive, career minded people to join our bar teams in Charlotte's Bistro and Charlotte's W5.
We offer:
• Starting salary – Senior Bartender (£28K p/a), Junior Bartender (£24K p/a), Bar
back £7.50 p/h
• Full Time: 5 days on, 2 days off, average of 8 shifts per week
