The Caravan family is growing and with 2 openings in the last 12 months and more planned, we’re looking to add the right mix of experience, enthusiasm, passion and fun to our teams to help us on our journey of growth and development. Who we are - Our food and drink concept is “well-travelled”, which means that whilst the ingredients we use are local and seasonal, we take influence from our travels and combine international flavours to create drinks with bold, interesting flavours, with a menu that changes on a seasonal basis. We’re big on home-made ingredients and developing our drinks programme in house, so if experimentation and helping to shape our ever evolving drinks programme interest you, then this might be the perfect role.
Requirements –
-Minimum 1 year in a recognised bartending role, preferably in a venue with a focus on classic and contemporary cocktails as well as international wine list.
-Fluent spoken written and spoken English language skills
-Excellent customer service skills - a happy, friendly, outgoing demeanour is essential!
-Enthusiasm to mix and work with team mates from all walks of life.
