We are looking for a Bartender to join the dynamic Bar team at our exciting modern all day East End brasserie from the people behind Bistrotheque at Ace Hotel London Shoreditch. We offer a very competitive salary and fantastic service charge.
The Role and You…
You need to have previous bartending experience and be very passionate about food and drink.
You are charming and interested in people and keen to learn about the products we serve. You are a quick learner and work well under the stresses of a busy bar.
You must also be proactive, have great spoken English and enjoy working as part of a flexible team that is responsible for making consistently great drinks and keeping a clean and tidy bar.
