We are looking for a friendly, confident and knowledgeable bartender. Great with guests and has a broad experience of service either on the bar and gets great waiting service on the floor. As a bartender you are aware of modern beer styles, can make all drinks to a good standard, tidy, organised and guest focused. Knowledge of cocktails, wines and spirits is required but we also train everyone as well.
We train, we work hard, we have fun, we have great events, we have staff social events, we have top industry trainers, great products and great guests.
The Stag is a busy and well loved fresh food Pub. We are situated in a great part of London with amazing guests. We serve great food and craft drink to our guests who come from the local area and from all over London. We are a fun place to visit with focus on giving our guests a great experience on every visit. We have live music plus many great events all year round.
We offer full table service and also have a function room that is well used for all types of special events. Our bars are a craft-beer led, but we also have great house cocktails, craft spirits and a well designed wine list. The Stag also has a large garden which is a go to space for many Londoner in the warmer months.
We have opportunities to develop and learn and grow within our pub and bar business. A number of our staff have since become senior managers over the last two years, having started at The Stag.
