Charlotte’s W5, launched in January 2021, is a 170 seat restaurant, bar and café, situated in a bright, modern, lovingly restored Victorian stable block in Ealing. It is a celebration of craft and provenance, awarded a Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022, The Good Food Guide 2022 and shortlisted Restaurant and Bar Design Awards 2021. The menu runs through the day from breakfast to dinner and we are known for our seasonal menu and grill dishes.
Charlotte’s Group is an independently owned award winning British Hospitality Group. We currently operate 3 sites in West London. We work with great British ingredients from the best suppliers and seasonality and sustainability is a theme which runs throughout the Group
As a Charlotte’s Bartender you must have:
• A flair and enthusiasm for making drinks with fresh quality ingredients
• Dedication and drive at work and be willing to work flexible hours
• experience in high quality bars and have a genuine passion for customer service
• Good knowledge of British seasonal ingredients, basic spirit and wine knowledge
• Great communications skills
We also have a part time hourly paid bartender roles available (£8.75 - 9.25 per hour)
