Fish! Restaurant Borough Market is looking for a professional bartender for our busy restaurant dispenser bar.
Hourly rate is from £9.50 to £10 per hour plus participation in bonus scheme.
We need our new team-mate to have a strong work ethic and genuine desire to provide high standard customer service, and give our guests an experience to remember.
Applicants must have good knowledge of all aspects of the bar, must be dedicated, hardworking and able to demonstrate a positive, willing attitude. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential along with a down-to- earth and “can do” attitude.
The core functions for the role are as follows:
• Ensuring a smooth running of the bar during service.
• Communicate effectively within your team.
• Provide quality cocktails and coffees
• Deliver accurate stock taking
• Provide efficient and regular stock control.
