Ottolenghi, a restaurant/deli in Spitalfields, is looking for an Experienced Bartender.

You'll need to have great knowledge of cocktails, food, wine, coffee and experience of at least 3 years of working behind a cocktail bar.
We are a very busy bar so you will have to be able to cope with fast pace and pressure resulting from our desire to deliver top quality service to our guests. Knowledge of classic cocktails is a must as well as a desire to serve dining guests at the bar.
Your main responsibilities will include: preparing cocktails, performing barista's duties, serving food and working on dispense(we do rotations), providing food and wine suggestions to all bar guests and work in full unison with the rest of the floor and kitchen teams.
