The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following; Job Skills:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a 4* / 5* star establishment as a Barman and Waiter.
Knowledge of Classic cocktails and Wines
Able to organise time effectively, forward plan and prioritise tasks to ensure work load is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately.

Role:

Advise guests on cocktail and wine choices.
Prepare cocktail orders and wine orders
Maintain Bar area, stock and equipment including stock requirements / orders.
General bar and cleaning duties
Prepare drinks during special events
Promote special In House events e.g. Winemakers Dinners, Cocktail evenings.
Be prepared to share and teach skills to fellow bar staff.

Fluent English written and spoken
Friendly and engaging, confident, mature, reliable, attentive, discreet, responsible and accountable, team player but equally able to work independently and without supervision.
Able to work day or night shift, weekends and Bank holidays.
