Located on the corner of Bateman and Frith Street, Chotto-Matte brings together the best of Japanese and Peruvian cultures. Chotto Matte serves up high-quality Nikkei cuisine, colourful cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere. Nikkei cuisine has been called ‘the beautiful love child of Japan and Peru’. It was born out of Japanese culinary traditions evolving into Peruvian culture over the last 100 years or so.

Located on the ground floor is the cocktail bar and lounge, where Nikkei inspired and sake cocktails are mixed by our bartenders. Here you can sit under a vast UV-illuminated mural, created by a Peruvian graffiti artist.

We are looking for experienced Cocktail bartenders and barbacks!

Requirements:
-- At least 2 years cocktail/bar experience.
- Strong drink and cocktail knowledge
- A passion of mixology
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Well groomed (With your individual style!)
- Smiley, Positive and Professional attitude.
- Have the right to work Full time within the UK.
