We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Bartender to join our fun and energetic team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role
- Service of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages as well as basic food preparation
- You will provide quality service within high end speed orientated cocktail bar featuring a cocktail list.
- Working as a bartender you will ensure that the expectations of our clientele are met in a prompt, professional and friendly manner.
- You will demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all beverages, menu items which will enable you to answer customer queries with confidence.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Candidate profile
- You will have gained previous working knowledge in a similar fast paced environment such as a 5* hotel or similar high end quality service establishment to provide a close fit with rhubarb's values style and flair whilst delivering an outstanding customer service exceeding the set expectations of our clientele.
- Ideally you will have worked in a fast high volume cocktail environment
- Knowledge of Micros till operation and understanding of the legal aspects of licensing
- In line with rhubarb's vision you will able to tailor specifically to a person's needs and especially to those of our guests.
- You will display great attention to detail and be methodological in your work approach and demonstrate initiative and enthusiasm to motivate, develop and lead the team with drive and consistency.
