HIX Restaurants are looking for bright and passionate individuals to work in a fast paced, vibrant and dynamic environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and charismatic Bartender to work at HIX Oyster and Chop House in Farringdon, London.
This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, who has restaurants in London and Dorset, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.
Mark's first solo restaurant, opened 2008 with wooden floors and a marble Oyster bar creates an elegant yet unfussy dining room. Amongst the seasonal dishes, you can expect oysters from the British Isles and a selection of meat and steaks on the bone, cooked simply.
The right person will be a professional, customer-focused bartender with strong drinks knowledge and attention to detail.
experience in a similar role and a strong command of English is essential. You will be a creative, skilled and enthusiastic team player with exceptional customer service skills and able to cope in a demanding role.
