Job Description – Bartender
- The bartender will be opening and closing the bar
- The bartender will make cocktails and serve wine – lunch and dinner service
- The bartender greets customers, informs them about the restaurant philosophy, food and spirit menus
The Ideal Bartender:
We want to invest in people who are as passionate as us about hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end or fine dining restaurant or bar preferred
- To be passionate about great cocktails, wine and spirits and quality ingredients
- A bartender has to be able to produce cocktails to the highest standards
- A bartender has to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment and to be tidy, organised and personable
- Must be well presented and be a team player
- Have a great written and verbal English
About Us:
In 2021, Chef Greg Marchand launched Frenchie Covent Garden on Henrietta Street, his first site outside of Paris.
The new restaurant is a 65 seaters restaurant doing very high quality food and using the best of British and French products. Frenchie's cook is a world born of inspiration, guided by a spirit of generosity and a passion for good ingredients. Trying new things, sharing and, above all, enjoyment.
