Part Time Team Member

The Plough is situated in Waltham Abbey and is a hop, skip, and jump from the Royal Gunpowder Mills, surrounded by gardens. The Plough is a lovely spot for relaxing with family and friends. Sundays, in particular, are special here – our guests come to enjoy our sumptuous carvery, along with hand-crafted local real Ales, fine wines and plenty of smiles.
As part of Mcmullen’s McFayre concept we deliver classic pub food, alongside perfectly kept cask Ales and a great selection of seasonal drinks. We are proud of our reputation within the area for being a great community pub and therefore finding the right Team Member to join us is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver outstanding guest service at all times
• Serving drinks and food to our guests as per Company standard in a warm and friendly manner
• Assist in setting up and closing down the bar/floor areas ready for service or the next trading session
• Maintain the House standards keeping all areas of the business clean and tidy
