The team behind BAO is seeking Cocktail Bartenders for their brand new restaurant, which is bringing a new Asian dining experience to Chinatown, Soho.
XU is a stylish, upscale and refined with an exciting menu that reflects the quality of locally-sourced ingredients. The 75-cover restaurant is split over 2 floors and the restaurant interiors a reinterpretation of a cinematic set in 1930s Taipei, Shanghai.

As Bartender, you will be responsible for:
 Providing an exceptional standard of service, including greeting and interacting
with our guests;
 Preparing and serving creative and outstanding cocktails and other drinks;
 Informing guests about the restaurant’s philosophy and food and drink offering;
 The day-to-day bar operation, including opening/closing duties and managing
stock levels.
The successful candidates will have:
 Previous bartending experience in a high-quality bar or restaurant;
 Highly personable nature, with plenty of creativity and flair;
 Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience.
