What we want from you:
At least one year experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hotel
Someone who is passionate about delivering fantastic service and creating an unrivalled experience for our guests
A good communicator that can handle pressure and understand the needs of a diverse clientele
Looking for a full time role and can be flexible to work early mornings, weekends and evenings
You must be passionate about all aspects of bartending including classic cocktails, craft/world Beers and a good working knowledge of wine service
Previous waiting / food service experience would be advantageous, but not essential
