As a Bartender at Red’s, your aim is to make sure our believers get the drink that makes them coming back for more. Whether that’s creating mind-blowing cocktails that will leave people screaming “Alleluia!”, or offering advice and service on our vast range of bourbons or craft Beers, your role is an important one. From greeting and serving guests at the bar, to making drinks for those already dining, we want you to bring your personality and passion for great drinks and share that with our guests. Whether it’s making and serving drinks, processing orders through the till system, running drinks to the table, generally cleaning and Bussing the bar and restaurant, and taking payments, its all part of providing an authentic barbecue experience to our thirsty guests. experience providing service in a fast casual and high volume operation is ideal but not essential – being passionate about drink (Bourbon or craft Beers perhaps!), keen to learn and share your knowledge with our guests, and willing to work together to help the whole team provide great service is what we are looking for.
