The Delaunay is looking for a bartender to join the team at our busy restaurant in Covent Garden.

What we want from you:
You must be passionate about classic cocktails, and possess a good knowledge of wines and craft/world Beers
At least one year experience in a busy restaurant, bar or 5* hotel
A good communicator that can handle pressure and understand the needs of a diverse clientele
Looking for a full time role and can be flexible to work early mornings, weekends and evenings
Previous waiting / food service experience would be advantageous, but not essential
