Bartender role overview:
* The ideal Bartender will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation
* You are responsible to create an extraordinary atmosphere in the restaurant while preparing cocktails and drinks with accuracy and flair
* As you will be working in a sublime location, with high expectations from your guest, you must always show good product and drinks knowledge and genuine communication abilities, showing why The Grill at The Dorchester has a reputation as the place to be for the finest grill food in London
* As part of your daily responsibilities you will also be responsible for the mise-en-place of the bar and the set-up before and after service
