The Watch House is a group of award winning speciality cafes and eateries in Central London, currently looking for talented and ambitious Front of House staff with a background in specialty coffee and or cocktails for our Fetter Lane branch.

Opening on Bermondsey Street in Autumn 2014, we have built our reputation around exceptional coffee and first-rate customer service. This ethos has paved the way for our second and third sites located by Tower Bridge and Chancery Lane respectively.
2022 Is set to be our most exciting year yet with the opening of own roastery this Autumn.

You will be working as part of a close knit, dedicated team, responsible for delivering the best product at all times. Working closely with management, you will have the opportunity to put your own creative stamp on what is happening in store. We're a fast-growing company with a lot to give to someone who is willing to learn.

What we're looking for :
experience in cocktails and alcohol
experience in speciality coffee
The desire to learn and develop in the industry.

Available for full time hours with a mix of day and evening shifts.

Hold a valid visa or passport enabling you to work in the United Kingdom.

35-40 Hours per week, pay dependant on experience.
