We are a French/Japanese fusion fishmonger seafood bar in Portman Village, Marble Arch, London. We are opening a champagne/seafood bar from mid-September and are currently looking for a bartender who is enthusiastic, friendly and can assist and advise customers on bar choices.
Duties include bar set up, service, restock and replenish the bar inventory and supplies, keeping the bar clean and organised, and support the waiting staff.
Evening shift is from Wednesday to Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm. Saturday 11:30am-11:30pm. Sunday 9:30am-6pm. Mon-Tues off. We are looking for someone who can work on their own as well as within a team.
We are closed every year in August for the whole month and the 1stweek of January.
Package:
40 Hours per week contract
4 Weeks paid annual holiday
