Here at Lardo we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic bar staff to look after our guests. Our candidate must provide an exceptional customer experience and deliver professional service. We are able to pay highly competitive rates to the right people. Do you enjoy working in a buzzing restaurant with high quality food and drinks, alongside a passionate and energetic team?  You will have at least 2 years London experience and LOVE the hospitality industry. You must be able to smile a lot. Love people. Open a bottle of wine. Mix a great cocktail. Have input into seasonal cocktail lists.  Show up to work on time. Sell lots of great food and drink. This is a part time position and working weekends is mandatory.
The ideal waiter will have:

• A keen eye for detail and immaculate presentation.
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to forge strong links and build relationships with all guests.
• Good food and wine knowledge
