About the Bartender role
• Full Time - Very competitive rates of pay (NLW + service charge)
• Ensuring the effective and smooth running of the bar and keeping up to date with all our Beverage menus.

About you:
• At least a year of experience in busy, high profile restaurants.
• Must be creative and open to preparing new drinks and have great attention to details.
• Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard.
• Good judgment, a responsible attitude when serving alcohol and ability to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Positive work attitude
• Be able to remain calm under pressure
• Be an excellent team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels.
• Understanding of alcohol licensing laws.
