About Us:
Launching in Bloomberg Arcade, Brigadiers will be a contemporary Indian barbecue, beer and whisky tavern. As part of the critically-acclaimed JKS Restaurants, Brigadiers will be under same belt as Gymkhana, Trishna, Hoppers, Lyle’s, Bubbledogs, Kitchen Table, Bao, Xu, Sabor and Motu.

The Venue:
Inspired by the army mess bars of India, Brigadiers will accommodate 140 covers and house a restaurant and three bars including The Tap Room, Blighters and a terrace bar. A full-size pool table will be the main attraction along with whisky vending machines and self-serve beer taps.

The Drinks:
Beer and whisky will be at the heart of the drinks menu, with a seasonal changing list of Beers on tap and a carefully curated global whisky list. Collaborating with world-class British and global breweries, Brigadiers will offer its own commissioned bespoke beer, as well as feature seasonal, art deco-inspired cocktails and large serve champagne fountains and punches.

Job Role:
We’re looking for experienced, charming bartenders to join our team. You’ll be passionate and knowledgeable about Beers, whisky and cocktails, and have a good background in high volume restaurants and bars, whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
