The Trafalgar Dining Rooms is a destination of style and great taste in the pulsing heart of the city.  Our kitchen celebrates the finest, freshest, and where possible, local ingredients, with flavours that nod to the Mediterranean. The Rooftop is a space for sipping individually crafted cocktails and drinking in the inimitable city view while dining on the shared plates prepared by our chefs on the open grill.
We are currently looking for a driven and outgoing Bartender with a passion to deliver fantastic experiences through cocktails and drinks. You will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive outlook regardless of what challenges the shift might bring.

Confidence, energy, fantastic interpersonal skills are all crucial attributes for the successful candidate. Our bartenders are in their element behind a busy, fast paced bar, working well in a team of like-minded professionals.
Key Requirements

Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury environment is essential.
Positive, pro-active individual who can understand and adapt to guests changing needs.

Excellent command of spoken English
