Main role and objectives:
As a Bartender you will ensure our guests satisfaction by providing the highest levels of service and quality.
Your responsibilities:

Prepare cocktails and special drinks as per company standards and follow up with spot checks to ensure a consistent quality of drinks is guaranteed.
Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly and professional manner ensuring all guests approaching the Bar counter are acknowledged and served.
Ensure the Bar area is prepared correctly for service.
Ensure you are fully aware of licensing laws and regulations and deal calmly with disruptive guests.
Deal with complaints appropriately and report them to the manager.
Ensure a complete knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, all menus, drinks lists and cocktails offered in the Bar and served to correct standards.
Be fully conversant with the Licensing laws and ensure the whole Bar team is as well and adheres to this.
What we are looking for:

A Food and Beverage professional possessing some operational knowledge of quality Food and Beverage service.
Someone who is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.
Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations.
Someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Previous experience using Micros would be beneficial but not essential.
